Shipments and returns



Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS service with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.


Orders sent to addresses outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, as these vary from country to country, and we are not able to provide you with this information.

Please contact your local customs office before completing the order to find out what fees, if any, may be charged when your package arrives. Please note that you are considered the importer of goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs authorities may require the value of the order from us.

Most items that we sell on the website comes with a 30-day money back guarantee.
If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase directly from, simply return that item within 30 days for a full refund on that item (some restrictions are listed below).

Please also note that all Freight and Shipping charges, for delivery and return, and related insurance charges, cannot be refunded or credited.

When returning a product back for a refund, please enclosed a copy of your invoice or receipt with your shipment.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us immediately as we will need to file a damage claim report with the shipping company. Please note that all damage shipment claims must be filed within 48 hours from the time the shipment arrives. Failure to contact us within that time period will forfeit your right to file a damage claims report.
